Project Review

Overall, Darrell and Yvonne had a positive experience working with Terry and his construction company, Seel Homes on their custom home design and build in Louisville. They had a previous relationship with Terry and trusted him based on the quality of work he had done in the past. When they decided to build a new house, they chose Terry because of their trust in him. Terry went out of his way to ensure the project started on time, even dealing with challenges like water in the foundation hole.

Throughout the project, Terry and his crew were helpful, supportive, and trustworthy. They assisted with various tasks and provided guidance during the decorating process.

Darrell and Yvonne felt comfortable having Terry and his crew in their home and appreciated their communication and patience. Terry addressed any concerns or questions they had and ensured that their requests were fulfilled.

Overall, Darrell and Yvonne had a positive experience with Seel Homes and would choose them again if they had the opportunity to build another house.
